Colour

Colour is simply the light of different wavelengths/frequencies.The colour changes our mood for example blue is calming ,red can make us tense, seeing a fruit on road ripe to eat.

We use and experience colour in our lives everyday without knowing and appreciating it. colour is also used for healing purposes.

The Light Energy

The amount of energy in a given light wave is proportionally related to its frequency, thus a high frequency light wave has a higher energy than that of a low frequency light wave.

Yellow	Stimulates mental activity,confidence, studying purpose to stay alert	Activity rooms, entrance halls, avoid in bedrooms as it can interfere with sleep and tends to keep our minds switched on
Orange	warming and energizing, stimulate creativity, fun and sociability	Any active area and creative areas, not ideal for bedrooms or areas of possible stress.
Red	Energizing,exciting the emotions,stimulates appetite	Any activity area but it needs careful choice of tone and depth and space in which it is to be used as it can make a space look smaller and can be claustrophobic or oppresive. Often used in restaurants.
Magenta	It is the combination of red and violet,thus it combines our earthly self and spiritual self, balancing spirit	lecture spaces, chapels halls etc. Not ideal for play rooms or activity rooms.
Turquoise	Cool and calming and good for the nervous system and immune system	Any room except it is not ideal for activity areas.
Pink	It helps to dissolve anger and encourages unconditional love. Soothes and nurtures.	Ideal for a baby's or child's bedroom.
Black	Used with other colours enchances the energy of that second colour , reflection and inner searching.	Not ideal as a single colour but can be used with combination of other colours in any place.
White	Its purity and illuminates our thoughts,giving us clarity.	Can be used in any room but, needs to be broken up with the other colours,ornaments,pictures,etc.

In Western cultures a wedding ring is traditionally worn on the ring finger. According to tradition, the wedding ring is worn on the left ring finger because Both the ancient Romans and Egyptians believed that a vein - called the vena amoris in Latin is directly connected from ring finger to the heart, a symbol of love.

Thumb represents your parents
Second (index) finger represents your siblings
Middle finger represents your self
Fourth (ring) finger represents your life partner
And the last (little) finger represents your children

Firstly, open your palms (face to face), bend the middle fingers and hold them together back to back. Secondly, open and hold the remaining three fingers and the thumb tip to tip.

Now, try to separate your thumbs (representing the parents)…, they will open, because your parents are not destined to live with you lifelong, and have to leave you sooner or later.

Please join your thumbs as before and separate your index fingers(representing siblings)..., they will also open, because yours brothers and sisters will have their own families and will have to lead their own separate lives.

Now join the index fingers and separate your little fingers (representing your children)…, they will open too, because the children also will get married and settle down on their own some day.

Finally, join your little fingers and try to separate your ring fingers (representing your spouse).

You will be surprised to see that you just CANNOT…., because husband and wife have to remain together all their lives through thick and thin!!

Sinulog is a festival celebrated by the Christians in Philippines by the third week of January or the third Sunday always. It depicted millions of foreign tourists to the festival to celebrate and to see the sinulog dance on the January in Cebu city, Philippines. Sinulog is familiar for its street dance to the patron saint ,the baby Jesus(Sr.Sto.Nino) . Apart from the sinulog dance there are various activities like Sinulog Grand parade, Concert by street party bands, Cultural show with different costumes and Sounds.

Step1: Make a new folder and save your movie inside the folder .

Step2:Download the subtitles from some websites like www.opensubtitles.org , www.allsubs.org or any other websites of your choice and save it in the new folder.

Step 3: Now rename the subtitle document that you downloaded from the website (which is in the text form) to the same name of the movie .sub

For example : if the movie is saved as smartdvdrip means the the text document should be saved as smartdvdrip.sub in the same folder. Now play the movie in vlc player .

This is the simple step to add subtitle to your favorite movie even if it is in any language.
